Spinach and Kale Smoothie Recipe:

Raw/Organic ingredients:

2 cups baby leaf spinach
2 cups chopped kale
4 chilled cups apple juice
1 ripe frozen banana – sliced up
1 ripe frozen mango – sliced up
6 tablespoons ground golden flaxseed
2 tablespoons coconut oil

Blend thoroughly.
Serves two.
